Meditations of Awareness

It is already known to everybody that thoughts and emotions are energy, however, rare people during the day follow their spiritual screen and bring awareness to their every thought, to every their emotion. How a person will live, depends much about the karma energy, but also about our present thoughts and emotions. Our every thought and emotion influence our astral field and they directly materialize certain events. In pure spiritual people bad thoughts and emotions, when they get created in the consciousness of a person, materialize bad events in 10 minutes until half an hour, while in people of the rough aura bad thoughts and emotions will materialize bad events in only in about 10, or 20 years. For this reason some people realize spiritual laws more easily, and some don't.

It is not enough to meditate an hour, two, three every day and expect that our life will head toward in the better direction. It is necessary to follow one's own thoughts and emotions the whole day. The path of bringing awareness to the thoughts and emotions in the course of the whole day is extremely difficult and it is hard to do it without the guidance of an experienced craftsman. The majority of paths in meditations teach people how to meditate an hour, two, which is not even closely enough for people to embetter their health and their spiritual life. It is not only important what kind of energies have emerged in meditations from an hour to two in the course of the day, but it is even more important what kind of energies have emerged from the whole day thoughts and emotions. If a person even creates positive radiations in the aura after an hour or two hous of meditations, and has hard thoughts the remaining part of the day, bad radiations will prevail and bad events will materialize. One of the best paths are the Meditations of Awareness which teach people to exist in the natural state of consciousness the whole day.
